Where is your attention focused during your most intense competitive moments!   Learn how your emotional reactions affect how you perform!

Take the TAIS – The Attentional and Interpersonal Style inventory

The Dayton Institute of Applied Sport Sciences offers athletes the opportunity to take the, The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) inventory, a 144-item questionnaire assessing concentration and communication skills.   Around the world, sport psychologists and counselors utilize the TAIS to identify and train athletes and coaches who must consistently perform at high levels under challenging conditions. The assessment offers valuable information that can lead to sport performance enhancement through self-understanding.

The on-line TAIS is given at the Institute, and each person who takes the inventory receives an extensive printed report and personal interpretation session with a trained counselor.
